In Old English Ripley means "From the Shouters Meadow." Our vet made a late night visit to a man in the city who has been keeping him, a pregnant mare, and an un-treated injured dog, on a property under one acre, with poor fencing. Ripley is greenbroke, but is fully ride able. He has an energetic attitude, but will focus when needed. He loves speed, but does not push forward in the saddle. Bob said he would be great at endurance,Cross Country, or Show Jumping.

Asta in Greek and Old Norse means star-life;love. Our vet made a late night visit to a man in the city who has been keeping her, a newly gelded-gelding, and an un-treated injured dog, on a property under one acre, with poor fencing. Asta shows signs of being trained, but has seemed to forgot them. She can still be haltered, but like most Arabian horses, she gets spooked very easily in new environments. She will need a owner who will love her anyway for her Arab-ness and calm her down when she spooks. Once she is trained back up again she can most likely compete in any way, we think she could excel at any fast-paced sport.
